Position: Front Office Agent
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a front office role within a luxury or five-star hotel environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Professional appearance with a guest-focused and service-oriented mindset
- Proficiency in hotel property management systems (PMS)
- Ability to handle guest inquiries and complaints with diplomacy and efficiency
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a high-pressure environment
- Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field
Responsibilities:
- Perform guest check-in and check-out procedures according to luxury brand standards
- Address guest requests and provide accurate information about hotel facilities and local attractions
- Coordinate with housekeeping and concierge teams to ensure seamless guest arrival experiences
- Handle financial transactions and maintain accurate guest billing records
- Maintain the lobby and reception area to the highest standards of cleanliness and order
