Position: Front Office Agent

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a front office role within a luxury or five-star hotel environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
  • Professional appearance with a guest-focused and service-oriented mindset
  • Proficiency in hotel property management systems (PMS)
  • Ability to handle guest inquiries and complaints with diplomacy and efficiency
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a high-pressure environment
  • Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field

Responsibilities:

  • Perform guest check-in and check-out procedures according to luxury brand standards
  • Address guest requests and provide accurate information about hotel facilities and local attractions
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and concierge teams to ensure seamless guest arrival experiences
  • Handle financial transactions and maintain accurate guest billing records
  • Maintain the lobby and reception area to the highest standards of cleanliness and order
