Position: Chef de Cuisine (Indonesian Cuisine)

- Manage and mentor a high-performing team in a high-end restaurant environment.
- Ensure strict compliance with food safety and hygiene standards (HACCP) throughout the kitchen.
- Create innovative menus that honor the richness of Indonesian cuisine while maintaining operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Proven leadership and team management experience in high-end restaurant operations.
- Strong commitment to delivering exceptional service and culinary precision.
- Solid knowledge of food safety, hygiene standards (HACCP), and operational procedures.
- Passionate about Indonesian culture and cuisine, with a visionary approach to traditional flavors.
- Curious, creative, open-minded, and detail-oriented.
- Comfortable communicating in English and ready to help others grow.
- Fine dining experience preferred.
