Position: Chef de Cuisine (Indonesian Cuisine)

  • Oversee daily kitchen operations ensuring the highest standards of food quality and authentic flavor profiles.
  • Manage and mentor a high-performing team in a high-end restaurant environment.
  • Ensure strict compliance with food safety and hygiene standards (HACCP) throughout the kitchen.
  • Create innovative menus that honor the richness of Indonesian cuisine while maintaining operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Proven leadership and team management experience in high-end restaurant operations.
  • Strong commitment to delivering exceptional service and culinary precision.
  • Solid knowledge of food safety, hygiene standards (HACCP), and operational procedures.
  • Passionate about Indonesian culture and cuisine, with a visionary approach to traditional flavors.
  • Curious, creative, open-minded, and detail-oriented.
  • Comfortable communicating in English and ready to help others grow.
  • Fine dining experience preferred.
