Position: Sous Chef
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Executive Chef in managing kitchen operations and menu development.
- Supervise food preparation and presentation to ensure the highest quality standards.
- Manage kitchen staff, including training, performance reviews, and scheduling.
- Control kitchen costs through effective inventory and waste management.
- Maintain strict adherence to food safety, sanitation, and hygiene regulations.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Sous Chef in a 5-star hotel or fine dining restaurant.
- Advanced culinary knowledge across multiple cuisines and techniques.
- Strong leadership skills and experience in managing large kitchen teams.
- Creativity in menu planning and food presentation.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet high production standards.
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills regarding kitchen administration.
- Strong command of English is required for this leadership role.
