Position: Chef de Partie (Hot Kitchen)
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the hot kitchen section to ensure consistent food quality
- Prepare and cook high-quality dishes according to established recipes and standards
- Manage and train commis chefs and kitchen staff within the section
- Ensure strict adherence to food safety, hygiene, and sanitation protocols
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering kitchen supplies for the hot kitchen
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year experience in the same position in a luxury or upscale hotel
- Good communication and strong organizational skills
- Team player with a good personality and positive attitude
- Deep knowledge of hot kitchen culinary techniques and international cuisines
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership skills and attention to culinary detail
- Knowledge of food cost management and inventory control
