Position: Sales Manager/Assistant Sales Manager
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for the hotel
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and partners
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends
- Prepare sales reports, proposals, and contracts accurately
- Represent the hotel at industry events, trade shows, and sales missions
Qualifications:
- Experience in similar positions for 1+ year in 4* or 5* Hotels
- Strong communicator who thrives at meeting new people and making strong connections
- Highly motivated and a team player
- Take pride in your work and are highly accountable
- Willing to dive head first into those worlds to help make our recruitment even better
