Position: Guest Relations Officer (Mandarin Speaking)
Responsibilities:

  • Welcome guests upon arrival and provide personalized assistance
  • Assist Mandarin speaking guests with translation and communication needs
  • Maintain high visibility in the lobby to interact with guests
  • Handle VIP guest arrangements and ensure special requests are met
  • Gather guest feedback and report it to the management team

Qualifications:

  • Minimum Diploma 1 education level
  • Experienced working in the same position for min 1 year
  • High motivated, proactive, energetic and good personality
  • Attention to detail
  • Fluent in Mandarin and English is mandatory
