Position: Guest Relations Officer (Mandarin Speaking)
Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests upon arrival and provide personalized assistance
- Assist Mandarin speaking guests with translation and communication needs
- Maintain high visibility in the lobby to interact with guests
- Handle VIP guest arrangements and ensure special requests are met
- Gather guest feedback and report it to the management team
Qualifications:
- Minimum Diploma 1 education level
- Experienced working in the same position for min 1 year
- High motivated, proactive, energetic and good personality
- Attention to detail
- Fluent in Mandarin and English is mandatory
