Position: Guest Service Attendant (Daily Worker)
Responsibilities:
- Assist guests with luggage handling during check-in and check-out
- Provide information about hotel services and the surrounding Kuta area
- Support front desk staff in daily operational tasks
- Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the lobby area
- Ensure a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all arriving guests
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year experience in relevant position
- Fluent in English both written & spoken
- Familiar with VHP System
- Has a good personality, positive attitude, & well groomed
- Able to join immediately
