Position: Guest Relation Officer
Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests upon arrival and provide personalized check-in services
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally
- Coordinate with other departments to fulfill special guest requirements
- Promote hotel facilities and local Kuta attractions to guests
- Ensure VIP guests receive appropriate amenities and attention
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year experience in relevant position
- Fluent in English both written & spoken
- Familiar with VHP System
- Has a good personality, positive attitude, & well groomed
- Able to join immediately
