Position: Procurement/Purchasing Officer – Engineering
Responsibilities:
- Source suppliers and negotiate prices for engineering materials and equipment
- Process purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of goods
- Maintain accurate records of procurement activities and contracts
- Collaborate with the Engineering department to understand requirements
- Evaluate supplier performance and resolve discrepancies
Qualifications:
- Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field
- Experience in procurement, preferably within engineering or hospitality
- Strong negotiation and analytical skills
- Proficiency in purchasing software and Microsoft Excel
- Good organizational and time management abilities
- Integrity and attention to detail
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
