Position: Assistant Director of Finance & Business Support
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Director of Finance in managing the hotel’s financial operations and reporting
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting standards, and local regulations
- Provide strategic business support and financial analysis to optimize hotel profitability
- Oversee the daily activities of the finance department, including accounts payable and receivable
- Coordinate the annual budgeting process and monthly financial forecasting
Qualifications:
- Strong background in hotel finance and accounting at a management level
- Proficiency in financial management systems and advanced Excel modeling
- Analytical mindset with the ability to provide data-driven business insights
- Experience in managing finance teams and ensuring high accuracy in reporting
- High level of integrity and professional ethics
- Professional certification (CPA/CA) or advanced degree in Finance/Accounting is preferred
- Excellent communication skills for cross-departmental collaboration
