Position: Chief Accounting
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all financial and accounting operations to ensure fiscal integrity
- Manage budgets and financial reporting in line with organizational goals
- Provide strategic financial advice and identify cost-saving opportunities
- Lead and train the accounting team on financial policies and systems
- Ensure compliance with all tax regulations and audit requirements
Qualifications:
- Min. 1 Year experience at similar position in 4 star Hotel
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Strong leadership and communication skill
- Understanding and contributing to the department’s and organization’s strategic goals
- Knowledge of financial concepts and ability to manage budgets
- Ability to identify and solve problems effectively
- Ability to build relationships and work effectively with team
