Position: Chief Accountant
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the accounting department.
- Ensure accuracy of financial statements and compliance with accounting standards.
- Manage month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Supervise and train accounting staff to ensure high performance.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position at a 5-star hotel.
- Strong knowledge of tax regulations and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent analytical and leadership skills.
- High attention to detail and integrity.
- Fluent in English.
