Position: FDA Female
Responsibilities:
- Handle guest arrivals and departures with professional and courteous service

- Coordinate with the reservation and housekeeping teams to ensure room availability
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and effectively
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role

- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Proficiency in using hotel systems and computer applications
- Effective problem-solving skills and the ability to work in shifts
