Position: Guest Relation Officer
Responsibilities:
- Provide a warm and professional welcome to all guests upon arrival at the hotel
- Assist VIP guests with check-in, check-out, and personalized concierge services
- Proactively engage with guests to collect feedback and ensure their needs are met
- Maintain accurate guest profiles and handle loyalty program enrollments
- Collaborate with the Front Office team to manage lobby traffic and guest flow
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in guest service or front office role in a 4 or 5-star hotel
- Charming personality with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of other foreign languages is an advantage
- Neat and professional appearance according to grooming standards
- Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to handle guest requests effectively
- Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced urban hotel environment
- Indonesian citizenship
