Often, daily workers in reservations focus so much on the speed of entry that they fail to learn the revenue logic behind the rates, which is the primary driver for a full-time promotion.
Position: Reservation – DW
Responsibilities:
- Process room reservations via phone, email, and online booking channels accurately
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel room categories, rates, and special promotions
- Handle guest inquiries regarding availability and provide detailed property information
- Input reservation data into the property management system following brand standards
- Coordinate with the Sales and Front Office teams to manage room inventory effectively
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills and a results-driven mindset
- Motivated, dynamic, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic understanding of hotel reservation systems is a plus
- Fluency in English, both verbal and written
- Willingness to work flexible hours as a daily worker
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Indonesian citizenship
Benefits:
- Fee 168.000,-/Day
- 1 x meals on duty
- 9 hours (8 hours working + 1 hour break include meal)
