Many people in this level underestimate how quickly temporary turns into permanent, focus only on finishing tasks rather than building transferable skills. Often, daily workers in reservations focus so much on the speed of entry that they fail to learn the revenue logic behind the rates, which is the primary driver for a full-time promotion.
Position: Reservation – DW
Responsibilities:
- Process room reservations via phone, email, and online booking channels accurately
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel room categories, rates, and special promotions
- Handle guest inquiries regarding availability and provide detailed property information
- Input reservation data into the property management system following brand standards
- Coordinate with the Sales and Front Office teams to manage room inventory effectively
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills and a results-driven mindset
- Motivated, dynamic, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic understanding of hotel reservation systems is a plus
- Fluency in English, both verbal and written
- Willingness to work flexible hours as a daily worker
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Indonesian citizenship
Benefits:
- Fee 168.000,-/Day
- 1 x meals on duty
- 9 hours (8 hours working + 1 hour break include meal)
