Position: Book Keeper
Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate records of all daily financial transactions
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports and statements
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable and ensure timely processing
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial accuracy across the hotel
- Monitor budget compliance and report any discrepancies to management
Qualifications:
- Experience in bookkeeping or a similar accounting role within a hotel
- Strong attention to detail and high level of organizational skill
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Ability to work with numbers accurately and meet reporting deadlines
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- High degree of integrity and professional ethics
- Degree or certification in Accounting or Finance is preferred
