Position: Spa Receptionist – Korean Speaker

Responsibilities:

  • Manage guest inquiries and spa bookings with a focus on Korean-speaking guests
  • Provide clear and accurate information about spa treatments and resort facilities in Korean
  • Coordinate treatment schedules to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction
  • Handle guest check-ins and check-outs at the spa reception desk efficiently
  • Promote spa retail products and assist in maintaining the reception area presentation

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field
  • Fluent in Korean (spoken and written); proficiency in English is required
  • Previous experience in Guest Services is an advantage
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Service-oriented mindset with high attention to guest needs
  • Strong organizational skills to handle multiple bookings and inquiries
  • Proficiency in computer systems related to reservation and guest management
