Position: Spa Therapist

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver various massage techniques and spa treatments to guests with professional care
  • Ensure all spa services are performed according to the resort’s high SOP and service standards
  • Provide personalized consultations to guests to recommend suitable treatments and products
  • Maintain the cleanliness and serenity of treatment rooms throughout the shift
  • Assist in monitoring spa inventory and reporting any equipment maintenance needs

Requirements:

  • Certified Spa Therapist with relevant training or certification
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as Spa Therapist (hotel/resort background preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of massage techniques and spa treatments
  • Good communication skills and service-oriented attitude
  • Willing to learn and follow spa SOP and service standards
  • Ability to work effectively within a dynamic and professional spa team
  • Professional appearance and a commitment to guest wellness and satisfaction
