Position: Spa Manager
General Requirements:
- A Diploma or similar degree on relevant subject
- Minimum 3 years of progressive experience as a Spa Manager in a luxury property
- Proven experience and track record in managing budgets, controlling costs, and achieving revenue targets
- English proficiency (additional languages are a plus)
- A hand on approach to day-to-day operations
- Strong attention to detail with good time management and follow up
- Passionate about guest service
- Solid leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Open for Indonesian citizen only and preferably Bali domiciled
