Position: Asst. Spa Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in overseeing spa operations and ensuring high standards of wellness services
  • Manage treatment schedules and provide guidance to spa therapists
  • Support in promotional activities to increase spa revenue and guest engagement
  • Maintain cleanliness and ambiance of the spa facility
  • Handle guest inquiries and ensure a serene experience for all visitors

Qualifications:

  • Experience in a senior spa therapist or assistant spa manager role
  • Knowledge of various massage techniques and luxury wellness treatments
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Leadership potential to assist in managing a spa team
  • Attention to detail and commitment to service excellence
  • Vocational training or degree in spa or hospitality management
  • Service oriented attitude with professional presentation
