Position: Duty Engineer
Responsibilities:
- Supervise the engineering team on shift to ensure smooth operations
- Handle maintenance requests and repairs promptly
- Monitor building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing) for optimal performance
- Ensure safety and security standards are maintained
- Report any major issues to the Chief Engineer
Qualifications:
- Experience in hotel engineering or maintenance supervision
- Technical knowledge of building systems and repairs
- Ability to lead a team and solve problems effectively
- Good communication skills and attention to detail
- Willingness to work shifts
