Position: Technician

Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on hotel systems, including electrical and plumbing
  • Respond quickly to guestroom maintenance requests to ensure comfort and safety
  • Maintain and service HVAC units and kitchen equipment across the property
  • Perform general building maintenance, including minor carpentry and painting
  • Ensure all engineering tasks comply with hotel safety and quality standards

Qualifications:

  • Min. 1 year experience in the same position, preferably in a hotel environment
  • Good communication and organization skills for technical reporting
  • Team player with a good personality and proactive problem-solving skills
  • Technical proficiency in electrical, plumbing, or mechanical repairs
  • Ability to work independently and as part of an engineering team
  • Knowledge of health and safety (K3) protocols in a workplace
  • Vocational school (SMK) graduate in Engineering, Electricity, or related technical field
