Position: General Maintenance
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on hotel equipment, facilities, and guestrooms
- Monitor and service electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems across the property
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guests and other departments
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of technical rooms and tool storage
- Assist in general building upkeep including minor painting and carpentry tasks
Qualifications:
- Experience in a technical maintenance or engineering role, preferably in a hotel
- Basic technical skills in electricity, plumbing, or AC maintenance
- Proactive problem-solving skills and a positive work attitude
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple repair tasks effectively
- Commitment to occupational health and safety (K3) standards
- Good communication skills for reporting and inter-departmental coordination
- Vocational high school (SMK) graduate in Engineering, Electricity, or related field
