Position: General Maintenance (Daily Worker)
Responsibilities:
- Assist the engineering team in routine maintenance and minor facility repairs
- Perform basic plumbing, electrical, or carpentry checks as assigned
- Keep maintenance tools and technical areas clean and organized
- Respond to simple maintenance requests in guestrooms and public zones
- Ensure all engineering tasks follow hotel safety guidelines
Qualifications:
- Basic technical background in maintenance, electricity, or related field
- Hands-on person with a positive and proactive work attitude
- Vocational school (SMK) graduate in a technical discipline
- Ability to handle physical work and follow safety protocols
- Good teamwork and communication skills
