Position: Duty Manager

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all hotel operations during assigned shifts as the Manager on Duty.
• Act as the main point of contact for any guest escalations, resolving issues with care and professionalism.
• Support the Front Office team, ensuring a smooth check-in, check-out, and in-house guest experience.
• Conduct regular patrols of the hotel property to ensure safety, security, and brand standards.
• Liaise with all departments to ensure seamless communication and guest service.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Duty Manager or Assistant Front Office Manager in a 5-star luxury hotel.
• Comprehensive knowledge of all hotel operations, particularly Front Office and Security.
• Exceptional leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• A calm and professional demeanor, especially under pressure.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Experience in the Jakarta luxury market is essential.
• A strong commitment to personalized guest care.
