Position: Front Office Host

Responsibilities:

• Provide a warm, personalized, and seamless welcome and departure experience for all guests.
• Handle all Front Desk operations, including check-in, check-out, billing, and reservations.
• Act as a key ambassador for Park Hyatt Jakarta, handling guest inquiries and concierge requests.
• Proactively anticipate guest needs to create a refined “home-away-from-home” feeling.
• Liaise with other departments to fulfill guest requests.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Guest Service Agent or Front Desk Agent in a 5-star luxury hotel.
• Proficiency in Property Management Systems (e.g., Opera).
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• A polished, professional, and welcoming demeanor.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in other languages is a plus.
• A passion for guest care and defining personal luxury.
• Ability to work flexible shifts in a dynamic Jakarta environment.
