Position: Guest Service Agent
Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the guest check-in and check-out process, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience.
- Provide personalized service to guests, handling inquiries about the hotel, Jakarta, and local attractions.
- Assist guests with reservations, transportation, and other concierge-related requests.
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring satisfaction.
- Operate the Property Management System (PMS) and manage guest billing accurately.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Guest Service Agent or in a similar Front Office role, preferably in a 4 or 5-star hotel in Jakarta.
- Proficiency in hotel PMS software.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a guest-focused attitude.
- Professional appearance and a positive, courteous demeanor.
- Ability to handle pressure and solve problems effectively.
- A passion for art and culture is a plus.
