Position: Director of Sales & Marketing
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years experience in a 5-star premium or luxury hotel environment.
- Proven leadership abilities with a strong track record of team development and performance management.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships across all levels.
- Demonstrates financial acumen and budget management experience, including the ability to develop, monitor, and control departmental operating budgets.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.
