Position: Engineering Senior Supervisor
Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee all aspects of the engineering and maintenance department.
- Develop and implement comprehensive preventative maintenance schedules for luxury villas.
- Manage engineering budgets, procurement, and inventory.
- Train and mentor junior supervisors, senior staff, and staff.
- Ensure all work complies with safety standards and luxury accommodation requirements.
Qualifications:
- At least 10 years have experience in the construction sector for Supervisor Position.
- Proven familiarity with and commitment to supporting smooth operational workflow of luxury accommodations.
- Strong leadership, project management, and problem-solving skills.
- Expert knowledge of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) systems.
- Ability to join immediately.
