Position: Night Reception Host
Responsibilities:
- Handle guest check-ins, check-outs, and inquiries during the night shift
- Perform night audit duties and ensure accuracy of daily transactions
- Ensure the safety and security of guests and the property at night
- Provide personalized service and handle guest requests promptly
- Maintain a welcoming atmosphere in the lobby area
Qualifications:
- Experience as Night Reception/Night Auditor in luxury hotels are preferred
- Excellent English communication skill (both oral and written)
- Strong communication and organizational skill
- Familiarity with OPERA systems and OTA platforms
- Guest-focused, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Exceptional guest relations skills and attention to detail
- Able to join immediately
