Position: Front Office Manager
Responsibilities:
- Direct daily operations of the front desk, concierge, and guest service teams

- Train and develop front office staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences
- Coordinate with housekeeping and engineering regarding room status and maintenance needs
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Front Office Manager in a reputable hotel
- Strong knowledge of Property Management Systems (PMS) like VHP or Opera
- Excellent communication and social skills in English
- Guest-focused mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
- Leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a team
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Degree in Hospitality or Tourism studies
