Position: Guest Relation Officer – DW
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival in the lobby area
- Assist guests with check-in procedures and provide hotel information
- Proactively address guest needs and handle minor inquiries promptly
- Coordinate with the front desk regarding VIP arrivals and special requests
- Maintain a professional and elegant presence in the hotel lobby
Qualifications:
- Prior experience or training in guest service or front office
- Excellent communication skills and professional grooming
- Friendly personality with a passion for guest service
- Willingness to work flexible hours on a daily worker basis
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Fresh graduates or hospitality students are welcome to apply
