Position: Guest Relation Officer – DW

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome guests upon arrival in the lobby area
  • Assist guests with check-in procedures and provide hotel information
  • Proactively address guest needs and handle minor inquiries promptly
  • Coordinate with the front desk regarding VIP arrivals and special requests
  • Maintain a professional and elegant presence in the hotel lobby

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience or training in guest service or front office
  • Excellent communication skills and professional grooming
  • Friendly personality with a passion for guest service
  • Willingness to work flexible hours on a daily worker basis
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
  • Fresh graduates or hospitality students are welcome to apply
