Position: Concierge Supervisor
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily concierge operations to ensure seamless guest arrivals and departures
- Supervise bell desk and transportation services to maintain luxury standards
- Provide expert local information and coordinate personalized guest itineraries
- Manage and train concierge staff on service etiquette and resort facilities
- Handle guest escalations regarding baggage, transport, or local services promptly
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Concierge or Bell Captain in a 5-star resort environment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- In-depth knowledge of Bintan island attractions and transportation logistics
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a guest-centric mindset
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays
- Professional grooming and a warm, welcoming demeanor
