Position: Guest Service Agent
Responsibilities:
- Manage guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and professionally
- Handle guest inquiries and provide accurate information about resort services
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records for guest accounts
- Coordinate with housekeeping and engineering regarding room status and maintenance
- Ensure a high level of guest satisfaction through proactive service delivery
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in front desk or guest services
- Proficiency in hotel Property Management Systems
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to handle check-in/out and guest inquiries
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Positive attitude and professional appearance
- Willingness to work flexible shifts
