Position: Guest Experience Specialist
Responsibilities:
- Act as a dedicated point of contact for VIP and long-stay guests
- Anticipate guest needs and curate personalized experiences during their stay
- Monitor guest feedback and coordinate immediate recovery actions when necessary
- Collaborate with F&B and Spa teams to organize special amenities and celebrations
- Maintain detailed guest profiles to ensure consistent recognition and service
Qualifications:
- Passionate about creating unique guest moments
- Strong communication and social skills
- Ability to anticipate and resolve guest needs
- Previous experience in guest relations preferred
- Fluent in English and multiple languages is a plus
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Creative problem-solving abilities
