Responsibilities:
- Handle guest calls and requests promptly and professionally
- Provide information about resort services and local attractions
- Assist in resolving guest issues
- Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest needs
- Maintain accurate logs of guest interactions
Qualifications:
- Experience in guest services or front office
- Excellent communication and telephone etiquette
- Problem-solving skills
- Friendly and helpful attitude
- Fluent in English
