Position: Reservation Agent (E-Commerce)
Responsibilities:
- Manage hotel reservations across diverse online booking platforms and direct channels
- Monitor and optimize online travel agent (OTA) presence and rate parity
- Address guest booking inquiries and provide professional confirmation and assistance
- Collaborate with the Sales and Revenue teams to implement dynamic pricing and promotions
- Ensure accurate reservation data entry into the property management system
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar position in a 4 or 5-star hotel
- Highly motivated, good team player, and detail-oriented
- Fluency in English is an advantage for international booking management
- Strong understanding of E-Commerce platforms and OTA extranets
- Proficiency in property management systems and MS Excel
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Analytical mindset with a focus on revenue and conversion
