Position: Housekeeping Supervisor
Responsibilities:
- Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure they meet Marriott cleanliness and aesthetic standards
- Coordinate daily room assignments and supervise a team of room attendants
- Manage linen and guest supply inventory to ensure operational readiness
- Report and follow up on maintenance issues found during room inspections
- Provide ongoing training to staff regarding cleaning techniques and safety protocols
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a senior room attendant or supervisor in housekeeping
- Strong eye for detail and uncompromising standards for cleanliness
- Excellent time management and organizational skills to handle daily room counts
- Ability to lead a large team and maintain high morale under physical demands
- Effective communication skills and familiarity with housekeeping management software
- Knowledge of chemical safety and specialized cleaning procedures
