Position: Room Attendant
Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain guest rooms to established hotel standards of hygiene and presentation
- Replenish guest room amenities and linens according to occupancy and guest needs
- Report any maintenance issues or damages found in guest rooms immediately
- Handle guest laundry and special requests with professional care
- Maintain housekeeping carts and equipment in organized and clean condition
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar position in a 4 or 5-star hotel
- Highly motivated, good team player, and detail-oriented
- Basic English communication skills are an advantage
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and professional housekeeping equipment
- Physically fit and able to perform demanding tasks
- Passionate about cleanliness and guest comfort
- Able to work efficiently under time constraints
