Position: Chief Engineering
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all facility maintenance and engineering operations at the luxury resort level
- Implement and monitor preventative maintenance schedules for high-end MEP systems
- Lead and train the engineering team to maintain the most refined service standards
- Manage energy efficiency programs and ensure compliance with IHG safety regulations
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure technical support for vibrant guest experiences
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a senior engineering leadership role within the hospitality industry
- Strong technical expertise in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building automation
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a technical workforce
- Excellent communication skills in English for professional reporting and coordination
- Strategic thinker with a focus on luxury lifestyle standards and problem solving
- Detail-oriented approach to maintaining complex hotel facilities and infrastructure
- Relevant engineering degree or professional certification is essential
