Position: Chief Engineering

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a senior engineering leadership role within the hospitality industry
  • Strong technical expertise in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building automation
  • Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a technical workforce
  • Excellent communication skills in English for professional reporting and coordination
  • Strategic thinker with a focus on luxury lifestyle standards and problem solving
  • Detail-oriented approach to maintaining complex hotel facilities and infrastructure
  • Relevant engineering degree or professional certification is essential
