Position: Admin Engineering (DW)
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role or position
- Relevant educational background for administrative work
- Well-groomed and good personality
- Confidence, highly motivated and passionately work
- Strong administrative skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in computer applications and data entry
- Ability to coordinate technical records and documentation
Responsibilities:
- Maintain departmental records, maintenance logs, and technical reports
- Coordinate scheduling for preventive maintenance and vendor visits
- Process purchase requests and track inventory for technical supplies
- Handle departmental correspondence and maintain efficient filing systems
- Support the Chief Engineer with daily administrative tasks
