Position: Asst. Chief Engineering

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role or position
  • Relevant technical or engineering educational background
  • Well-groomed and good personality
  • Confidence, highly motivated and passionately work
  • Strong leadership, technical, and problem solving skills
  • Deep knowledge of MEP systems and building maintenance
  • Familiar with VHP system is an advantage

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Chief Engineer in managing the technical operations and maintenance team
  • Oversee the preventive maintenance program for all hotel systems and equipment
  • Lead troubleshooting efforts for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing failures
  • Manage technical projects and coordinate with external contractors
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and workplace health standards
