Position: Engineering Admin
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in administrative roles, preferably within Engineering or Maintenance
- Strong organizational and document management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Understanding of technical terminology is an advantage
- Hospitality background is preferred
Responsibilities:
- Maintain engineering department records, logs, and maintenance reports
- Coordinate scheduling for preventive maintenance and external contractors
- Process purchase requests and track inventory for technical supplies
- Handle departmental correspondence and filing systems efficiently
- Support the Chief Engineer in administrative tasks and budget tracking
