Position: Engineering Admin

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in administrative roles, preferably within Engineering or Maintenance
  • Strong organizational and document management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
  • Understanding of technical terminology is an advantage
  • Hospitality background is preferred

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain engineering department records, logs, and maintenance reports
  • Coordinate scheduling for preventive maintenance and external contractors
  • Process purchase requests and track inventory for technical supplies
  • Handle departmental correspondence and filing systems efficiently
  • Support the Chief Engineer in administrative tasks and budget tracking
