Position: Spa Therapist
Responsibilities:
- Deliver high quality massage techniques and diverse spa treatments in accordance with resort standards
- Provide personalized guest consultations to recommend suitable wellness treatments and products
- Ensure spa treatment rooms are maintained to the highest levels of hygiene and presentation
- Follow established spa SOPs and service standards to ensure a consistent guest journey
- Collaborate with the spa team to maintain a peaceful and welcoming environment for all visitors
Qualifications:
- Certified Spa Therapist with relevant training or professional certification
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Spa Therapist, with a hotel or resort background preferred
- Strong knowledge of various massage techniques and professional spa treatments
- Good communication skills and a genuine service oriented attitude
- Willing to learn and consistently follow spa SOPs and service standards
- Responsible, adaptable, and able to work effectively within a dynamic team
- Fluent in English to effectively communicate with international resort guests
