Position: Banquet Operations Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage all banquet operations to ensure seamless execution of events and social gatherings
  • Collaborate with the events team to plan and deliver personalized neighborhood stories
  • Manage banquet finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and operational cost control
  • Ensure the banquet team adheres to strictly IHG service and hygiene standards
  • Train and develop banquet staff to maintain high levels of operational excellence

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a Banquet leadership role within an upscale hotel
  • Strong leadership presence with the ability to manage a diverse event workforce
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills for complex event management
  • Strategic mindset with a focus on service excellence and financial performance
  • Fluent in English for professional reporting and stakeholder coordination
  • Detail oriented approach to maintaining banquet facilities and infrastructure
  • Degree in Hospitality Management or related field is highly regarded
