Position: Experience & Culture Manager (HRM)

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Human Resources department focusing on talent management and culture
  • Execute recruitment strategies and manage the employee lifecycle property-wide

  • Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and company HR policies

Qualifications:
