Position: Experience & Culture Manager (HRM)
Responsibilities:
- Lead the Human Resources department focusing on talent management and culture
- Execute recruitment strategies and manage the employee lifecycle property-wide
- Implement staff training programs and foster a positive workplace environment
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and company HR policies
- Collaborate with leadership to drive associate engagement and culture initiatives
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Law, Psychology, or Management
- Minimum 1 year of experience as an HR Manager in a 4-star hotel
- Strong understanding of labor laws and people development strategies
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for team engagement
- Strategic mindset with the ability to manage departmental operations
- Ability to build strong relationships and work effectively with a team
- Reliable and committed to fostering a high-performing work culture
