Position: Revenue Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic pricing and distribution plans to maximize hotel revenue performance
  • Analyze market trends and competitor data to provide actionable business intelligence
  • Monitor online booking channels and optimize inventory across all distribution platforms
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to implement dynamic promotions and occupancy strategies
  • Provide regular financial forecasting and revenue reporting for senior leadership

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Revenue Management within a 5 star hotel setting
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in revenue management systems and MS Excel
  • In depth knowledge of market dynamics and OTA distribution channels
  • Strategic mindset with a focus on financial targets and ROI
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills for senior level engagement
  • Fluency in English for international reporting and stakeholder management
  • Degree in Finance, Hospitality Management, or related field is preferred
