Position: Director of Food & Beverage
Responsibilities:
- Drive commercial performance while leading day to day F&B operations across outlets, banquets, and in room dining
- Manage financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and analytical reporting for the department
- Oversee the implementation of food safety and hygiene standards while staying updated on culinary and beverage trends
- Lead and develop a diverse team, focusing on performance management and stakeholder engagement
- Collaborate with senior leadership to enhance guest experiences and operational efficiency
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years in a senior F&B leadership role within the hospitality industry
- Proven ability to drive commercial results and lead diverse F&B operations
- Strong financial management and analytical skills for complex operations
- Solid knowledge of food safety, hygiene standards, and current global culinary trends
- Strong people development and stakeholder management capabilities
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia, additional languages are an advantage
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for senior leadership engagement
